Centering a Star Sapphire weighing approx. 12cts, framed by twenty Single and two Round Brilliant cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.33ctw., and flanked by two trapezoid step cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.14ctw. and two Baguette cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.14ctw., fashioned in platinum. Size 5 3/4.
