Etruscan Revival Ruby & Pearl Bangle Bracelet
Measuring approx. 6.75 inches on the inner circumference; centering four pinched collet set round faceted rubies measuring 3.2mm, on average; with a combined approx. weight of 0.60ctw; flanked by two, 3mm pinched collet set seed pearls. Closed back mounting in a quatrefoil motif. Cannetille wire work along the shoulders with granulation accents. Tongue and groove clasp with belcher safety chain. Etruscan motif. Top half of the hinged bangle; (along with the tongue portion of the clasp); is fashioned in 18k yellow gold. The bottom half of the bracelet is fashioned in 14K yellow gold. Circa 1885; (bottom half may be from a later time).
