Designed as drops centering six round faceted sapphires ranging in size from 1.5-2.5mm. framed by thirty-four Round Brilliant cut diamonds weighing approx. 0.34ctw., topped by four round faceted sapphires measuring approx. 1.2mm., fashioned in 14k white gold. Length 15/16 inch.
